Remote Starters & Security
Start it from the kitchen in February. Lock it down the rest of the year.

A Chatham winter makes the case for a remote starter on its own. Defrosted glass, warm seats, and an engine that isn't being flogged cold. In July it works the other way — the a/c has five minutes to get the cab down to something reasonable before you get in.
Range matters more than people think. A basic one-way remote gets you across a parking lot; a two-way remote confirms the vehicle actually started and can reach across a work yard. Phone-based systems have no range limit at all and will tell you where the vehicle is parked. We'll walk you through which one suits your day.
On the security side: alarms with shock and tilt sensors, keyless entry for older vehicles that never had it, and hardware that makes a vehicle a lot less appealing to somebody in a hurry.
What we install
- One-way and two-way remote start systems
- Smartphone / long-range start with LTE modules
- Push-to-start and standard-key vehicles, gas and diesel
- Manual transmission remote start (where safely possible)
- Car alarms with shock and tilt sensors
- Keyless entry and power lock add-ons
- Immobilizer bypass modules, programmed to the vehicle
- Extra and replacement remotes for systems we install
Why have it done properly
Every modern vehicle has an immobilizer, and a remote starter has to work around it without leaving the vehicle startable by anyone. That means the correct bypass module, programmed to your VIN and installed behind the dash — not a key zip-tied under the steering column, which is exactly as bad an idea as it sounds.
Done badly, a remote start install throws check-engine lights, drains batteries, kills CAN-bus modules, or voids warranty work at the dealer. Done properly, it's invisible: the vehicle behaves exactly as it did before, plus a button that starts it.
Book a starter before the cold hits.
Tell us the vehicle and what you want it to do. We'll tell you straight what it takes and what it costs.
